ARE THEY FURNISHED?
Each unit is fully furnished in theme decor. The Hawaiian Hut in a Tropical Hawaiian theme, the Bungalow in a country cottage shabby chic theme, Spanish Hacienda in a Mexican/Spanish theme,  and Hollywood Loft in a modern Hollywood biz theme. All units have custom faux painting and Saltillo tile flooring.
IS HOUSEKEEPING PROVIDED DURING MY STAY?
We do not provide maid service or replenish housekeeping items during your stay. This is how we keep our rates low for you and also respect your privacy. Cleaning supplies are provided for your use below bathroom and kitchen cabinets.​

You may request housekeeping under our "Special Services" at the same rate as your initial booking. 

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL IT SLEEP?
Since we do not know the ages of the guests or your sleeping arrangements, it is for you to determine. Each unit has a queen bed with memory foam top mattress and the following in the living room: 

- The Hawaiian Hut and Bungalow have a twin sofabed

- Spanish Hacienda a twin/full futon

- Hollywood Loft a queen sofa bed.
DOES IT HAVE A BATHTUB?
All unit have a 3/4 bathroom which means a shower, but no tub.
DOES IT HAVE A HAIR DRYER?
All units have a wall hair dryer
DOES IT HAVE A KITCHEN?
All units have a "kitchenette." They all have a bar or apt. size refrigerator/freezer, double burner hotplate, grill, toaster,  microwave oven, coffeemaker, and kitchen wares.
HOW BIG IS THE REFRIGERATOR?
The Hawaiian Hut has a 3/4 size refrigerator/freezer

The Bungalow, Spanish Hacienda and Hollywood Loft have a bar size refrigerator/freezer.
CAN I VIEW THE RENTALS BEFORE I BOOK?
Property is available for exterior viewing by appointment only. Interior guest house viewing available between guests only, in respect for guest privacy.WHAT IS THE PRICE? ARE THERE TAXES? HIDDEN COSTS? DISCOUNTS? CLEANING FEE? EXTRA GUEST FEE?
See rental unit details for per night price.  Prices are based on up to double occupancy. Extra guests are $10 person per night. Children under 5 and pets are free (see “pet deposit.”) Prices are less than a government per diem, perfect for extended stay business travelers, relocating employees, entertainment industry clients, or any other purpose. It is a cost-saving alternative to hotels or corporate housing chains. There are no taxes or hidden costs.

No discounts are offered so do not ask! The units are so reasonably priced that we often have to turn guests away!

Check with us re: availability prior to making your reservation. To secure a reservation, you must provide an advance non-refundable payment in full for the # of nights you are reserving. Your cleaning fee, security deposit, and any other fees/deposits (pet deposit, extra guest fees, etc) must be included.

WHAT ABOUT THE RULES?
All of our rules are based on common sense and common courtesy. Guests are provided a "Check-out check list" in each unit to insure their check-out is a smooth one.
WHAT IF I VIOLATE THE RULES?
Guests are “lodgers” not “tenants” and agree to abide by all terms/rules set forth.
Owner/management reserves the right to refuse or terminate lodging with no advance notice and no refund in the event guest(s) become nit-picking, disruptive, unruly, problematic, demanding, violent or threatening to others. Guests hold owner/management harmless against any legal actions.
Following the walk-through, missing and/or damaged items and violations of the rules will be subject to fees deducted from your security deposit.

HOW DO I GET IN? HOW DO I GET THE KEY? DOES SOMEONE MEET US THERE?
We provide guests easy and convenient "self check-in" to the unit through our electronic keypad locks. The code will be emailed to you 24 hrs. prior to your arrival.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
With our self check-in, you may check-in as early as 3:00 PM. Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. A Checklist is provided in your information booklet to ensure return of security deposit and avoiding extra charges:
DO YOU HAVE ADA/SPECIAL NEEDS ACCESSIBLE/DISABLED/DISABILITY/ HANDICAPPED UNITS?
Since this hillside property has exterior steps to access the units, we would not recommend it.

DOES IT HAVE LAUNDRY FACILITIES?
It has an onsite shared coin laundry.  The office can provide you change in quarters for U.S. dollars for coin machines. 
You can also purchase laundry pods and fabric softener sheets from our onsite office store.  Do not hang clothes outside in common areas!
IS THERE A MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED?
No.
WHAT ABOUT LOST AND FOUND ITEMS?
We can hold items in our Woodland Hills/Calabasas office for up to 30 days for pick up, but do not mail lost items. They are donated to charity.

CAN I GET MAIL THERE?
USPS does not deliver mail to non-residents. Mail may be left at the gate through a  delivery service (UPS, Fed. Ex, etc.) but we will not sign for it or accept responsibility.
IS THERE FREE/DESIGNATED/ON-SITE/COVERED PARKING?
Free street parking provided in front of our property. There are no meters, restrictions, or parking fees. If all spaces are taken, park on our side of the street.
ARE PETS/DOGS/CATS ALLOWED?
Pets are welcome upon approval. Certain dog breed restrictions due to liability issues. We can refer non-allowed pets to a local pet resort. Never leave small pets unattended outdoors in the early morning hours or after dusk, as coyotes roam the area. If you are staying in the Spanish Hacienda or Hollywood Loft, do not leave pets in the back yard alone on Thursday mornings, the day the gardener comes. No additional pets permitted without pre-approval. $100 refundable pet deposit required.
