All of our rentals are private

All of our rentals have their own entrance.
DOES THE RENTAL SHARE A COMMON WALL?
The condo shares one common wall with the unit next to it.
WHAT CITY IS IT ACTUALLY LOCATED IN?
Las Vegas.
WHAT MAJOR STREETS IS IT NEAR?
It is right on the famous Las Vegas blvd.!
DO I NEED TO HAVE A CREDIT CHECK DONE OR SIGN A LEASE?
No credit check or lease is required for 3 month minimum short term vacation rental guests, only a rental agreement as per HOA rules. Longer term tenants require a credit check.

HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM THE LAS VEGAS STRIP HOTELS?
We are located in the upscale residential section of Las Vegas Blvd. S., close to Henderson. We are 4 mi. South of Mandalay Bay Hotel and 6 blocks North of Southpoint Casino, near the I-15 and 215 Fwys.
HOW CLOSE ARE RESTAURANTS?
Within walking distance to dining, entertainment and businesses
HOW CLOSE ARE YOU TO THE BUS STOP?
It is right out front of the complex.
HOW CLOSE ARE YOU TO THE AIRPORT?
7 mi. to McCarren International Airport.
IS THERE SECURITY?
There is a guard at the front gate 24/7. 
IS THERE A POOL?
The complex has 3 pools.
IS THERE A SPA?
The complex has 3 spas.
IS THERE A BAR-B-Q?
There is no BBQ allowed on the unit's private patio, but there are BBQ's scattered throughout the complex.

CAN I USE THE CLUBHOUSE?

​Is not for general use. Available for rent for private parties as per HOA rules.

It has a 50" flat panel TV in both the livingroom and bedroom.
DO YOU HAVE WIFI?
We have free Wifi (computer DSL wireless)

The condo is fully furnished in a "casino" theme.
HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL IT SLEEP?
The bedroom has 2 double beds.
DOES IT HAVE A BATHTUB?
No. It has a huge walk-in "his and hers" shower.
DOES IT HAVE A HAIR DRYER?
It has a wall hair dryer
DOES IT HAVE A KITCHEN?
It has a side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator/freezer w/ ice-maker, stainless steel stove with oven, stainless steel built-in dishwasher, stainless steel toaster,  stainless steel microwave oven, coffeemaker, Espresso machine, and kitchen wares.

WHAT IS THE PRICE? ARE THERE TAXES? HIDDEN COSTS? DISCOUNTS? CLEANING FEE? EXTRA GUEST FEE?

​Prices are less than a government per diem, perfect for extended stay business travelers, relocating employees, entertainment industry clients, or any other purpose. It is a cost-saving alternative to hotels or corporate housing chains.

There are no taxes or hidden costs.

No discounts are offered so do not ask! The units are so reasonably priced that we often have to turn guests away!

HOW DO I BOOK/MAKE A RESERVATION?
Check with us for availability prior to booking. For the lowest rate, book directly through us. If you feel more comfortable booking through a 3rd party rental agency, you may book our rental through VRBO.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Zelle

We recommend Zelle. The advantage of Zelle is the 6% credit card or Paypal handling fee is waived. Download your Zelle app on your phone. Send money to email address:  cheriwoods1@yahoo.com


Paypal

Use the "Buy Now" button provided or go to website: Paypal.com for an instant reservation and confirmation. You do not need to join PayPal to pay.Deposit funds into PayPal account: cheriwoods1@yahoo.com.
The following payment must be included:

* Total amount of $ for the period of time you are booking (3 month minimum)
* Cleaning fee
* Refundable security deposit.
* 6% ha
ndling fee of total amount above. (Do not forget to include this fee, or you will be charged an additional 6% handling fee to submit this fee in a separate payment!)
 

Under Paypal payment comment section, include the following information:
* Rental unit name (Sedona on the Blvd)
* Booking dates (check in/check out)
* Number of guests
* Include your email address and cell phone number

 

If you have any questions as to the amount due, contact us prior to submitting payment, as there is a 6% handling fee for each separate Paypal payment!


Credit Card

Contact us with your email address so we can email you a credit card payment invoice to complete online through our secure credit card processor Paypal

WHAT ABOUT THE RULES?
All of our rules are based on common sense and common courtesy. Please click our "RULES" link to review. Guests are provided a "Check-out check list" in each unit to insure their check-out is a smooth one.
WHAT IF I VIOLATE THE RULES?

Guests (“lodgers” ) or “tenants” agree to abide by all terms/rules set forth in their rental agreement.
Owner/management reserves the legal right to terminate lodging in the event guest(s) become nit-picking, disruptive, unruly, problematic, demanding, violent or threatening to others. Guests hold owner/management harmless against any legal actions.
Following the walk-through, missing and/or damaged items and violations of the rules will be subject to fees deducted from your security deposit.

HOW DO I GET IN? HOW DO I GET THE KEY? DOES SOMEONE MEET US THERE?
Our complex has 24/7 guard-gated access. For main gate entry, your hosts will provide access clearance for you as of your check-in date. We provide guests easy and convenient "self check-in" to the unit through our electronic keypad lock. The code will be emailed to you 24 hrs. prior to your arrival.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT?
With our self check-in, you may check-in as early as 3:00 PM. Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.
DO YOU HAVE ADA/SPECIAL NEEDS ACCESSIBLE/DISABLED/DISABILITY/ HANDICAPPED UNITS?
This condo offers easy access parking and ground floor entry into the unit with bathroom toilet and tub handrails.

DOES IT HAVE LAUNDRY FACILITIES?
The unit has its own private laundry room.

IS HOUSEKEEPING PROVIDED DURING MY STAY? 

We do not provide maid service or replenish housekeeping items during your stay. This is how we keep our rates low for you and also respect your privacy. Cleaning supplies are provided for your use below bathroom and kitchen cabinets.

IS THERE A MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED?
There is a 3 month minimum stay required.

CAN I EXTEND MY STAY?

Just ask, we will check availability.

WHAT ABOUT LOST AND FOUND ITEMS?

We recommend you do a walkthrough of the unit upon check out as we do not mail lost items. They are donated to charity.

CAN I GET MAIL THERE?
Our mail room is located one building South of the gym. USPS does not deliver mail to non-residents. If you want to get mail during your stay, you must register with the P.O. Make sure you close out your mailbox before you leave, or you will be charged $100! UPS, Fed. Ex, etc. are allowed in by the guards to deliver mail.

IS THERE FREE/DESIGNATED/ON-SITE/COVERED PARKING?
You are provided 1 designated covered ground floor parking space in front of the building. The uncovered end parking spots are for guests. You are required by the HOA to obtain a $5 designated space parking sticker.

ARE PETS/DOGS/CATS ALLOWED?

All of our rentals are pet friendly. The HOA does not allow pit bulls. No additional pets permitted without pre-approval.
