West Hollywood, CA
THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE IN THE U.S. YOU CAN STAY WHERE JIM MORRISON LIVED!
"CHERI AMOUR" IS A HISTORIC BUILDING KNOWN AS "JIM MORRISON'S LAST KNOWN U.S. RESIDENCE".

Now you can!
The rock legend and poet resided there with his girlfriend, Pamela Courson, and still maintained the apartment when he went to Paris where he reportedly died of heart failure 4 months later while in the bathtub on July 3, 1971. It is listed as his official residence on his death certificate.
Jim's famous Rolling Stone interview was conducted here. A seance with 3 world renowned psychics was held here in 2004. Cheri Woods gave an exclusive interview to "Current Affair" regarding Jim's alleged faked death.
In 2016 the Historic Preservation Commission voted in favor of Cultural Designation for Cheri Amour. It is the only building in the City of West Hollywood ever to have been voted for Cultural Designation due to its Rock 'n Roll history, rather than based on its architecture.
