CAN I VIEW THE RENTALS BEFORE I BOOK?

We provide a professional online videography tour of the property and the rental units put to the original 70's music of former International Pop Star and Cheri Woods husband, Stevie Woods.

Applicants must be pre-qualified by our Property Management Company in order to proceed with the rental process.

DOES IT HAVE LAUNDRY FACILITIES?
It has an onsite shared coin laundry.

​IS THERE A MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED?
We are in compliance with the City of West Hollywood Rent Control ordinance which has a minimum stay of 31 days.

WHAT ABOUT LOST AND FOUND ITEMS?

We can hold items in our onsite office for up to 30 days for pick up, but do not mail lost items. They are donated to charity.

CAN I GET MAIL THERE?
Yes. Each unit has a private locked mailbox with key.
IS THERE PARKING?
A parking space may be rented upon availability. Must fit certain vehicle requirements. Be aware of street restricted permit parking signs.
ARE PETS/DOGS/CATS ALLOWED?
Yes, with certain breed restrictions. West Hollywood is a pet lover community filled with dog parks. Our front  and neighboring sidewalks are a frequent walking path.

Yes! If Cheri's in town, you can meet her if you stay in one of her Woodland Hills/Calabasas estate guest houses. There's also a chance she may pop by the West Hollywood property.
